My great grandpa build this during ww2 along with and ashtray and i recently found it and plan to replace the lamp part

Lamp my great grandpa made during ww2 i plan on restoring it was made of a 90mm m16 shell and other brass parts. The lamp part is no longer with it so i have to find a new one. The shell date is 1941 and is nearly invisible i also have an astray he made from 1942
